Refund policy

At Chévereh, we take pride in the quality of our AI-generated stickers and crafted items. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

 

Returns

You may return any item purchased from Chévereh within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cheverehpr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, within 7 days of delivered date, so that we can evaluate the issue.  

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request promptly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that custom-made items or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

To exchange an item, please contact us at info@cheverehpr.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange it for. We will guide you through the process and ensure that you receive your desired product as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
