Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
Chévereh proudly ships to Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier availability.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Chévereh is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We will always do our best to support you if issues arise.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@cheverehpr.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. Chévereh is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
